Yield: 2 Cups

1cCubed peaches (about 2)
1cCubed seeded tomato about 3
1/4cSliced green onions
2tsSugar
2tsCider vinegar
1tsMinced peeled fresh ginger
1/8tsSalt
  Dash of fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Chill

Serve over poultry, pork or fish.
